No. Dubsado is my CRM of choice for many creatives because of the level of customization and automation it allows, but it is not the only platform I work with. If you are unsure which system or tools are right for your business, Tech Stack Consulting may be a great option. This allows us to look at your full workflow and choose tools that truly support how you work, instead of forcing you into a system that does not fit.

With Guided Dubsado Setup, you build your system with my guidance, education, and ongoing support so you fully understand how everything works. With Signature Dubsado Setup, I handle all of the building and technical implementation for you. In both cases, your input is essential. You will always be involved in making decisions around workflows, forms, and client communication so your system reflects your business accurately.
Yes. My background as a teacher allows me to explain systems in a clear, approachable way. My goal is never to overwhelm you, but to help you feel confident and supported using your systems, regardless of your comfort level with tech.

Absolutely. Every setup, refresh, and support package is customized to your services, client journey, and goals. I do not use one-size-fits-all workflows without tailoring them to your business.
